I am so excited about this awesome new product from Spectrum Noir, and it was super fun to get to be one of the first to get play with the NEW Harmony Inkpads.
These Water-Reactive Dye inks are great for so many different techniques. Over the next week I will be sharing some of the projects I made with these inkpads and showing some of the newest Stamp Sets from Crafter's Companion. All of these items and more will be available on HSN on July 11th.
I made this card with the Stamp Set called New Magic. I used sponge daubers to apply the color to the background (Harmony Inkpads Midnight, Ocean Blue & Baby Blue). Then I sprinkled water on top to make the spots you see.
I also used some of the Harmony Inkpads to watercolor in the Fairy House. I did this by pressing the inkpad onto an acrylic block, then I just grabbed a brush and water colored as usual. Again I sprinkled water over the image to get that effect.
I stamped the fairy and flowers in Noir Black Finesse Ink.
The Finesse Inkpads are also new from Spectrum Noir and are waterproof inks, perfect for using alongside the Harmony Inkpads. They will be available in 4 neutral colors.
