Coloring Blonde Hair

Today I am sharing a card that was partly inspired by this tutorial on the Spectrum Noir blog. The image is Rory's Ornaments by Lacy Sunshine and I colored her with Spectrum Noir markers and added some Glossy Accents to the ornaments.  I used some Stickles to make the snow really sparkle.

The ornament embellishments were cut on the Silhouette from my favorite glittered cardstock.

I used the following markers on this card:

Use Your Scraps! {Crafty Gals Corner Challenge}

I used a plain white piece of paper- I believe it was the Heavenly White- and sprayed with various colors of Lindy's Stamp Gang Mists. Then I ran it through my Cuttlebug to emboss the falling leaves pattern on it.

Happy Birthday

Today is my cousin's birthday - Happy Birthday Meghan ! I made her this birthday card. I used the image called Coffee App by Saturated Canary- perfect to go with the Starbucks Giftcard I sent her.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers (pin-able palette below) and Sparkle Pens (Coming to the US Soon!). I printed the papers in the Silhouette Design Studio and added a little texture with a Coffee Cup embossing folder from Tim Holtz.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Above is a closer look at the Sparkle Pens. I used the Crystal Clear over top of the alcohol markers. There is so much shimmer with these pens, I just love them.

Here is the color palette for you, feel free to pin it.

Unity be{inspired} Challenge

Today I am sharing a card I made for this month's Unity be{inspired} Challenge. It's been a long time since I've gotten to play with my Unity stamps. It was really fun to get them out again and I hope to find more time to play.

I chose to use the color palette as my inspiration.

On my card I used the Miranda Girl Stamp and a sentiment, also from Unity.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Markers and one of the new Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens (coming soon to the US!). The sparkle pens are so much fun. They add a lot of shimmer and sparkle. I used the Pink Garnet to color in the heart.
